Returns & Cancellation Policy

Our Refund Policy forms part of, and must be read in
conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy.
We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time.
Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory
rights.
RETURNS
Purchases made on our website may be returned for a
refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. Customers are responsible for
the shipping costs associated with shipping items back to us. Please email (info@ind-depot.com)
for return instructions.
If 14 calendar days have passed since the delivery of
items, we can’t offer you a return nor refund. Please note that count of
the mentioned 14 days starts from the date when the courier company considers
(as per its policy) shipment to be ready for collection.
Mohammed Ali Kutbi Trading Est. reserves the right to
refuse returns for any merchandise not in a resalable condition.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Send us a return request from the website, please
state clearly a) the order number, b) name and photo of items you want to
return, c) the reason you want to return the items. Mohammed Ali Kutbi Trading
Est. will study the case and get back to you within one working-day of your
request, accepting or rejecting the request. Mohammed Ali Kutbi Trading Est.
will send you the Return Authorization Number.

Items must be in
their original condition and original packaging (not opened, not used, unworn,
unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged, in pristine condition with any retail seals
unbroken).

All returns must
be accompanied with your invoice as proof of purchase.

All returned
items are your responsibility until they reach our Mohammed Ali Kutbi Trading
Est. warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us
using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please
package the product securely.

Shipping return
costs are non-refundable.

Mohammed Ali
Kutbi Trading Est. reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply
with our Refund Policy. Returns that do not fulfill our return policy may be
shipped back to the client at his own cost.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
You can send us an email (info@ind-depot.com) to
request a cancellation or make any changes to your order. Timing of your email
must be a) within three hours of the purchasing (If the order has already been
shipped (or 3 hours have passed), we won't be able to offer a cancelation), and
also b) subject to order status being “currently processing”, which is
available on our website. Mohammed Ali Kutbi Trading Est. will not make
cancellation or changes for orders that do not meet these two conditions.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We do our best to prevent any damage to your goods
during shipment. It is still possible that problems may arise.
We only replace items if they are defective or
damaged. If you receive a defective/damaged item, you may request a
replacement. Please send us an email at (info@ind-depot.com) within six hours
of receiving the item, providing your order number and attaching clear pictures
of the damage. We will solve your inconvenience as soon as possible.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Once your returned items have been received by Mohammed
Ali Kutbi Trading Est., please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to
be processed.
If the returned items do not meet the conditions
listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense.
If the returned items are accepted by Mohammed Ali
Kutbi Trading Est., your refund will be issued and you will receive a return
confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment
method, with the amount of return shipping deducted from your refund.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately,
sale items cannot be refunded.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will
not automatically be re-shipped. If you would like to make any changes to the
delivery address, you are responsible for any re-shipping fees.
All returns need to be made within 14 days after items
are “ready to collect”.
Please note that the product must be shipped back to
us at your own expense.
SHIPPING COSTS
To return a purchased item, you should send your
request by email to:

responsible for paying the costs of return shipping, which is not refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your
refund.
